Parking - Dancers may not park on the KPAC parking lot. Please leave ample time to find parking. I suggest dancers carpool or be dropped off at the stage area. There is parking on our off site lots. See attached parking map.

*parents will need to arrive promptly at the studio to caravan from studio to performance. Dancers, please wear hair in middle part low bun with stage make up done for rehearsals.

Arrive: 2:45 PM & Check In at the Information Tent, located near the stage. please meet here

Inclement Weather - Event will be inside KPAC.

Directors & Dancers Check in one (1) hour 15 min prior to the top of your scheduled time slot.
**Schedule time 4:00 PM**

After we check in, director & dancers may then go to the dressing rooms inside KPAC.

Dressing Rooms

Dancers ONLY are allowed backstage and in the dressing rooms.

Dressing Rooms are for necessary costume changes only. Please help us keep the number of dancers in the DR to a minimum, dancers arrive in makeup and costume

Backstage & Dressing Room Rules

-Leave dressing room as soon as costume change is completed.

-As soon as you are done in the dressing room stay backstage until called

to the stage by the SM.

-NO food or drinks.

-NO electrical appliances of any kind. 

-NO use of any electrical outlets.

-NO glitter.

Dancers Warm Up - Mrs. Nola will warm up dancers

Dancers - Led to stage by our SM - MUST be lined up at stage right three (3) numbers prior to your performance slot. Late arrivals will be moved to the end of the program.

Stage - is 40W x 24D. Dancers enter SR and exit SL whenever possible. If you dance barefoot, sandals or taped feet are recommended. The stage surface becomes hot under the sun.

T Shirts - National Dance Week St. Louis, T shirts will be available to purchase at the check in table. It is a great way to continue to support our NDW, St. Louis event.

SSM Health PT Therapists will be on site to answer questions, provide dance injury screens, answer dancers questions and provide care for any on site minor injuries. Stop by and pick up your free dancers gifts!
