Motion offers the most performance and competition opportunities. Want to live and breathe dance? This is your home. Frequent competitions, high-level choreography, and a commitment to excellence.

Fluid and Motion companies will work on the same routine but in different rehearsals. There will be two versions of the routine. This allows us to be secure if someone is sick or injured, as we will have a dancer ready to call up for showcase events. Acro Companies will perform in separate shows. Those attending the additional optional competition will have rehearsal together outside of normal practice leading up to the event.
Company Technique Requirements
- 1 Acro training and rehearsah (90 minutes)
- 1 tech ballet barre or tech jazz leaps/turns (45 minutes, depending on level)
- 1 Acro tech (45 minutes)
- Production (1 hour))
- 3 hours/week
