    Tickets will be issued as either wristbands or physical tickets. Final format will be confirmed before pickup.

    You must have a wristband or physical to attend the performance.

    • Purchase will be QR code only (no cash)
    • Price will be $20

    Costumes: dancers may purchase outfit of choice off amazon or borrow and FMDA unitard ($10 rental fee to borrow please email the office if you plan to, a minimum of 2 weeks prior)

    Hair: for safety of our students we ask all hair is secure in a bun, double buns or French braids with the braids wrapped in buns. especially with wind to consider, we do not want their hair getting caught in their wraps.

    WEATHER CONTIGENCY PLAN: In the event we have to cancel due to weather, we will move the performance to the FMDA studios at the following times below. We will need to divide up the show into 4 blocks for audience space purposes.

    Invites March 15, and Competition Fees will be due APRIL 1st. *We strongly suggest booking your room as soon as you receive your invite.

    • HOTEL: UPDATE — you can book where you would like, I am staying on site at The Edge Water Resort. I just booked 1/22/26 and found a good rate on Airbnb.
    • Fees: Solo = $180Duet/Trio = $120 per person, Group = $100 per person,+ $150 travel fee, +$20 re-block fee per dance since we will be having extra practices for them on saturday. Also we are aware on the website it says 5% discount if paid by April 3, this will not be applied towards your fees BECAUSE they also charge us a 3.75% credit card fee, so it is basically the discount is covering that processing fee.

    Dancers can Kick off Nationals with our Opening Night GLOW Party.

    MASTER CLASSES

    We are excited to offer FREE master classes throughout Nationals. No registration is required, and all dancers are welcome to attend. 11 & Under Classes are geared toward younger dancers and 12 & Over classes are tailored for older dancers.

    IMPROV COMPETITION

    The Improv Competition for each age division will take place prior to that age group’s solo awards session.  Dancers can register for Improv at Retail.

    Competition Details:

    • The top three dancers from each session will advance to the Finals  

    • Registration will take place onsite at Retail

It may be around it, or coincidentally during it. We did our best to make these times as convenient as we could for all our families

    Picture day details:

    • See Order form here – Will have paper copies available day of for ordering.
    • please arrive 20 min early before your first time, dressed and ready so that you can set up your costumes in the dressing room.
    • please have one parent only (ages 9 & under), age 10+ can drop off/pick up. ages 9 and under, we do prefer if siblings are not there, due to space. though we do understand if that is not possible. Please keep them entertained by the toys section not in the dressing room.
    • Hair: all middle part low bun (girls), Except TINY Twinkles half up half down curls or neat if prefer not to doh hurls. the heat less ones they sleep in are usually best if curling it. Nicely styled (boys).
    • Make up: light stage make up: blush, lip stick, mascara (ages 3-5. dont worry about mascara)
    • Costumes:
      • LABEL all your items on the tag or inside with your dancers name.
      • Please come dress in first costume.
      • All classes should wear skin tone tights and leotard under their costumes if changing costumes.
        • Even if they do not change costumes, proper undergarments are required. This is for dancers to be properly covered on stage, in the dressing room and at photos and the showcase.
    • Dressing rooms: *all windows will be covered.
      • Studio D, Flowy tiny twinkles & silks students
      • Studio M, Flowy Mini’s/ Juniors.
      • Studio Annex- fluid motion competitive company.
      • Male dressing room- Kitchen
    • Picture time: please line up along wall of studio M, 10 minutes before your time dressed and ready. groups will take place in studio F, individuals, studio A. parents please do not enter the picture taking rooms. This causes confusion of where students are to look and we want to ensure we get the best photos of all our dancers for you!
    • Tuesday & Wednesday Silks classes – pictures will be taking place in the large studio “F”. During class this week we will be outside and aerialists will be rehearsing on the outdoor rig. Of course if it happens to rain that won’t be possible, we hope it doesn’t as we want them to be able to practice outside before their showcase.
