⏱ ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
- Dancers must arrive at assigned check-in time
- Theater opens 1 hour before each show
- If early, dancers must stay with a parent
- Dancers should arrive fully dressed and ready

- Ages 9 & under → Arrive at 4:15 PM
- All others → Arrive at 4:45 PM
- Doors open → 4:15 PM
Friday – Show 2 (7:45–9:00 PM)
Guests staying → must show wristband
Dancers in both shows → stay at theater
First half performers → backstage by 7:30 PM

Saturday – Show 3 (11:00–12:30 PM)

- Minis → 10:15 AM
- All others → 10:30 AM
- Doors open → 10:00 AM

Costume Requirements:
- Female dancers: Skin tone tights, ballet shoes, and leotard (for under costumes)
- Male dancers: Proper undergarments as directed by instructor
